Request account and data deletion
In app versions offering Delete account, open Settings > Account, choose Delete account and confirm permanent deletion. Apple users may be asked to sign in again so authorization can be revoked. If this option is unavailable or you cannot access the app, use the email request below. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.
To delete your Sudoku Master / SudokuMaster account with ElfAi Technologies, email support@elfai.dev with the subject Sudoku Master account deletion.
- Send the request from the email used to sign in, where possible. State that you want your account and associated data deleted.
- If you cannot use that address, tell us which sign-in method you used so we can help verify ownership. Never send a password or verification code.
- We verify ownership, process the request and confirm the outcome by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What is deleted?
Your authentication account, profile/name, uploaded avatar, cloud statistics, notification tokens and associated online game records, including identifiable leaderboard entries. You can also request removal of specified cloud data without deleting your account using the same email.
Subscriptions and retained records
Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in the store separately. Store transaction records may be retained under the payment platform's legal and accounting requirements. If any data must be retained, we explain the reason and applicable duration in our response. Local saved games can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

- Mümkünse giriş yaptığınız e-posta adresinden gönderin; hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi silmek istediğinizi belirtin.
- Bu adrese erişemiyorsanız kullandığınız giriş yöntemini bildirin; hesap sahipliğini doğrulamanıza yardımcı olalım. Şifre veya doğrulama kodu göndermeyin.
- Sahipliği doğruladıktan sonra talebi işler ve sonucu e-postayla bildiririz. Uygulamayı yeniden yüklemeniz gerekmez.
Giriş hesabı, profil/ad, yüklenen avatar, bulut istatistikleri, bildirim jetonları ve kimlikle ilişkili sıralama kayıtları dahil çevrimiçi oyun verileri silme kapsamındadır. Hesabı kapatmadan belirli bulut verilerini silmeyi de isteyebilirsiniz.
Hesap silme Google Play veya Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliğinizi mağazadan ayrıca yönetin. Ödeme platformlarının kanuni ve muhasebe gerekçeleriyle tuttuğu işlem kayıtları saklanabilir. Zorunlu saklanan veri olursa sebebini ve süresini yanıtımızda açıklarız. Yerel oyun kayıtları uygulama verileri temizlenerek veya uygulama kaldırılarak silinebilir.
