These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Apple TV Remote ("App") published by ElfAi Technologies. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms supplement the ElfAi Technologies Terms of Service. In case of conflict regarding Apple TV Remote, these App-specific Terms prevail.
2. Description of Service
Apple TV Remote allows you to control compatible Apple TV devices from an Android phone over your local network. Features may include touchpad navigation, keyboard input, app launching, and optional TV volume control for supported TV brands.
The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
3. Subscriptions
Apple TV Remote Pro is offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial. See full subscription details for current pricing and plan features.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law
- Interfere with devices or networks you do not own or have permission to control
- Circumvent subscription or licensing mechanisms
5. Network Requirements
The App requires your Android device and Apple TV to be on the same Wi-Fi network (or a compatible network configuration). We are not responsible for connectivity issues caused by router settings, firewalls, or network restrictions.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all Apple TV models, TV brands, or network configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElfAi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is governed by our Apple TV Remote Privacy Policy and the ElfAi Technologies Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
